CouponMailroom is an email service that is designed to help you collect and organize coupons. When you sign up you will be provided with an email address (username@couponmailroom.com) that you will then use when you sign up for newsletters/ coupons/ freebies around the web. You will soon start to receive emails in your newly created inbox. Both from CouponMailroom as well as the sites you have chosen to sign up for. CouponMailroom then sends you a summary of all the coupons that are available in your inbox, to your primary email address. The frequency of which you will receive these summaries can be manually controlled under the tab "My Profile".

To your left and right side of your inbox you will find a directory of coupon sites to check out for coupon deals. You can also find printable coupons in your CouponMailroom account under the tab "Coupon Codes" on the top right corner of your account.

How do I sign up? Back to Top

You sign up by putting in a valid email address in the submission form on the home page (www.couponmailroom.com). Then you get to create a new username that will be the first part of your new email address (yourusername@couponamilroom.com). When you click the activate button, you should immediately receive an activation link to the email that you used to sign up with. If you can't find it, look in your junk mail. After that you can go ahead and start using our service.

If you are having issues signing up, try to clear your cookies in your browser. This can be done by going to the toolbar and click on "Clear Browsing Data."

I can't reset my password! Back to Top

If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer, then you might have to turn of the Compatibility View Mode. There is a button on the URL line called Compatibility View Mode where you can turn it on/ off. Make sure it is turned off.

I did not receive an activation code? Back to Top

Check your spam filter. Many times the activation code will get lost in your junk mail.

Why am I not receiving offers? Back to Top

If you aren't receiving any offers in your inbox, then make sure that you use your CouponMailroom email address when you sign up for coupons/ news letters. The more you use your email address the more offers you will receive in your inbox.

My key code has expired! Back to Top

If your key code has expired, you can have a new one sent by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link again.

I have forgotten my username and password! Back to Top

There is a link right under the login box called "Forgot Your Password?" After you click that you will receive an email in your primary email address. Use the key code in that email to reset your password. When you have reset your password you will be able to access the username. Your username will also appear in the emails coming from CouponMailroom.

How do I reset my password? Back to Top

There is a link right under the login box called "Forgot Your Password?" After clicking on the link you will be prompted to submit your email address. You will then receive a "Key Code" that allows you to reset your password.

How do I create a username? Back to Top

The username is generated to you automatically when you type in your preferred email address to be contacted through. You can also manually change it by typing in a desired username in the sign up form, and as long as the username is available you will be allowed to use that instead.

How do I make changes to my account?

There is a tab on the top right corner of the site that is named "My Profile". Under that tab you can make any changes to your account.

Can I sign up outside of the U.S.? Back to Top
